Sharing my Winter 2022 capsule wardrobe with you today! I think building these is so fun. I wanted to wait until after the holidays to share so that it could be more versatile and not filled with reds or greens (which of course you could add those). It seems late- but really winter has just begun (most places anyway). I hope you enjoy building your own wardrobe too!
BOTTOMS : I like to start with pants! They are your basic building blocks for the outfit and really determine how comfy you want to be too. I chose 4 basics to fill any and every occasion: jeans, nice pants, leggings, and a skirt! I also threw a dress in there that doubles as a shirt!
TOPS: Since it’s still chilly out, for the tops I chose two sweaters and the dress you can double as a top/bodysuit. You could also throw another basic in such as a nice long sleeve or button up top. Remember, this is all about what is functional for YOU!
OUTERWEAR: I did two coats- both are nice but are able to be dressed down with a more casual outfit as well. You could really throw either of them on over any of these outfits so they mesh perfectly with this minimalist wardrobe.

Things to Note: When you are building your Winter 2022 Capsule Wardrobe, you want to stick with colors that can all be worn together. For mine, I did white, tan, grey, and black. It’s definitely easier with neutral colors but I definitely could’ve done a pink themed one for myself. In order to create the most outfits possible, you need to have the same amount of bottoms as you have tops. I added a dress in because I love wearing dresses and since it was tight, I knew I could double it as a top as well.
