My Starbucks At Home Coffee Recipes

Wednesday, November 18, 2020

I thought I would share my Starbucks at home coffee recipes and my Christmas themed coffee bar! I love a good hot cocoa too, so you know I had to make sure I have the supplies for all those too.

Coffee Bar Decor

  • Coffee/ Bar Cart
  • Keruig
  • Candy Cane garland – Target dollar section
  • Trees- Target dollar section
  • Mini mugs- TJ Maxx
  • Coffee tin- Tj Maxx
  • Sign- Target
  • Mugs- various (most are just old gifts!)
  • But First, Coffee sign – Hobby Lobby!

I’ll share some specific recipes below, but here, I’m going to share the kinds of coffee I use, creamers, milks, syrups, and more!

Coffee – My favorite pods are the Starbucks pike place- I’ve tried cheaper versions and it really just doesn’t taste the same! I think anything Starbucks will work- but I like the medium blend, so I always opt for those!

Cold Brew – scroll down for recipe- supplies here!

Syrups – If you didn’t know, you can buy a whole thing of MOST syrups straight from Starbucks. That’s what I do for a majority of flavors but the Torani brand makes great syrups too- they have some more specialty ones as well that are great that Starbucks doesn’t even have!

Caramel Macchiato

For this one, you’ll need : espresso coffee or a bold type ( if you don’t have either of these that’s okay- we can still make it work! This is what I use), whatever type of milk you like in your lattes- I use whole, caramel sauce-I use this one, and vanilla syrup- I buy mine straight from Starbucks!

With my new Keruig, I can make espresso shots- so I do 3 for a venti. While it’s brewing, I will do 5 pumps of vanilla in my cup of whole milk – 6 pumps normally come in a venti but I don’t like mine super super sweet – and add ice. After the coffee has brewed, I pour it over the top and drizzle with caramel sauce!

Caramel Iced Coffee

This one is definitely the easiest! I love iced coffee on hot days because it’s light (doesn’t have a TON of dairy in it!). For this one all you’ll need is : Medium roast coffee- I use this , half and half- or whatever creamer you like, caramel syrup- I buy mine from Starbucks. First, I brew my coffee in the Keruig and pour it into a glass and stick it in the freezer so it cools off for about 20 minutes (usually while I’m making Liam breakfast). When it’s not super hot anymore I do my caramel syrup and cream and then add ice! Super easy- and the medium roast tastes just like Starbucks!

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

I buy the Starbucks espresso roast and have them grind it on the cold brew setting. Then all you need is a gallon pitcher and these brew bags from Amazon! I do 1 cup of the ground coffee in the bag and brew it in 64 oz of water for 18-24 hours!

For the sweet cream- I do 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup and then 1oz of 2% milk and 2 oz of heavy cream ( or to taste, but this is what I do to have a little bit to make a few coffees with all day).

I hope you all enjoyed my starbucks at home coffee recipes! Let me know if you try them or if there are other you want me to try!
